CH Moonlight's Indian Outlaw

"Indi" grew up at Moonlight Akitas, he's one of the biggest marshmallows around, easy to love.  Unfortunately he received a Mild OFA reading and was neutered at two years old.  He was retired into a  perfect home in the Jemez Mountains area of New Mexico.  Unfortunately, he passed away from bone cancer at ten years of age.

CH Moonlight's Big Duke of YouToo

"Bodai" formerly "DJ" is pictured at 8 years old winning Best Veteran in Sweeps at the Akita Specialty held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He earned his AKC championship pretty easily from the bred-by class before 2 years of age.  Unfortunately, he passed through a couple of homes until he found the perfect match with the Morrison family.

CH Moonlight's Duke of Hazard

"Luke" is my current best dog buddy.  He is a dog that can look at you in the eyes and you know that he's special.  He's the only dog that I decided I was going to keep at birth, my birthday.  He would have been able to make a major contribution to the breed if he wasn't severely dysplasic.  He finished easily with four 4-point majors from bred-by.  He's the best in my book and still going strong at 8+ years old.

CH Moonlight's Rolling with Laughter

"Stitches" is pictured at 17 months old.  He earned his AKC championship in October 2004 with all points from the bred-by class.  He was a gorgeous red/black self-masked brindle.  He sired only one litter before he passed away in January 2005.
